PERSISTENT LEFT SUPERIOR INTERCOSTAL VEIN

Left superior intercostal vein is formed by the union of the 2-4th left posterior intercostal veins. It arches posteriorly lateral to the aortic arch to drain into the left brachiocephalic vein.
